I’m here to help you understand why you feel the way you do—and what we can do to change it.
My style is direct and compassionate…curious and focused. I’ll help you look at the patterns, the family dynamics, and the old stories that may still be shaping who you are today. We’ll name what’s actually yours to carry along with the things that never should have been your burden to begin with.

My job as a therapist isn’t to hand you all of the answers—it’s to help you uncover your own. This work matters to me because I’ve seen what happens when strong women stop believing in themselves, and what’s possible when they finally start again.
